This sweet piece is a little small for sugar , maybe more for something used more sparingly like stevia. Outside the kitchen, it’d make a lovely nightstand vessel to put your earrings in before you go to sleep or a sweet spot for the rings at a wedding ceremony. (Ya never know when those rental tuxes are gonna have a hole in the pocket.)
